- Exchanges only for damaged, tampered, or wrong items.
- Unboxing video required within 24 hours for any exchange claim.
- All tags must be intact for the exchanged item.
- Shipping:
- Free delivery on prepaid orders above ₹699 across India.
- Flat ₹100 shipping charge for prepaid orders below ₹699.
- Orders are shipped within 1–3 working days; delivery takes 5–7 working days depending on location.
- Free shipping applies only to pincodes serviced by our logistics partners; extra charges apply for unserviceable areas.
- Taxes and duties are included in the product price for all domestic orders.
